Delete your Olearna account

You can request deletion of your student account and personal data from the signed-in Profile / Account area, or from the Olearna Android app when it is available.

What happens when you request deletion

1. We immediately suspend the account so new learning activity stops.
2. Personal data is removed or anonymised within 30 days, matching our Privacy Policy.
3. Anonymised practice and mastery records may be retained so exam preparation quality analysis remains useful without identifying you.
4. Payment records needed for tax or accounting may be retained for the period required by law.

Under-13 accounts

If the student is under 13, a verified guardian consent proof is required before the deletion request is accepted. Guardians can also withdraw consent for an active child account; that blocks further practice until the account is deleted or consent is renewed through a future supported flow.

Need help?

If you cannot sign in, email support@olearna.com from the address or phone number on the account and ask for deletion. Include the student name and, if known, the student code.
